I am conducting a study on the understanding of concepts related to statistical inference for my doctoral dissertation. The purpose of my research is to investigate current and future teachers’ understanding of concepts related to hypothesis testing. The research study hopes to better understand the knowledge of teachers of statistics with potential benefits towards improving professional development programs. One of the populations that I plan to study is Graduate Teaching Assistants in Mathematics and Statistics programs at various universities in the United States who are currently teaching or could potentially teach introductory statistics courses. Below is a link to an online survey tool through the Qualtrics website with more information about the study.
