Several small colleges are keen to start up major and minor programs in Data Science. What's similar and what's different among all our attempts - in the problems and issues, and in the solutions and approaches? How can we learn from each other's experiences and from other models? How can we exploit what's different about the small-college environment to create viable programs at our institutions?
