Dr. Lana Israel will share with you the science and data behind music-based learning. Dr. Lana Israel is a globally recognized learning and memory expert who received her Doctorate in Experimental Psychology from Oxford University, where she studied as a Rhodes Scholar. She is a summa cum laude graduate of Harvard. Since completing her doctoral studies, Dr. Israel has gained over two decades of experience in the music industry, having worked with some of today’s hottest artists. Integrating her lifelong passions for learning and music, Dr. Israel founded Muzology, a music-based learning company based in Nashville, TN. Muzology is an award-winning, digital learning platform that equips ALL students with critical pre-algebra skills using the power of music.
