AI is reshaping how statisticians and data scientists work, yet most statistics courses do not explicitly explore what professional practice looks like in an AI-integrated world. How can we help students discover what post-graduation life entails, and enter it with confidence, curiosity, and strong statistical judgment? This Birds of a Feather session will explore how to design discipline-specific AI modules that highlight real-world workflows, essential human skills, and responsible use. Participants will discuss workplace applications of AI and collaboratively generate ideas for developing and implementing career-relevant modules within statistics curricula.
