About

The Consortium for the Advancement of Undergraduate Statistics Education (CAUSE) will sponsor a one-day workshop on integrating Internet resources into the teaching of introductory undergraduate statistics courses. The CAUSEweb.org Web site will serve as the primary resource for this workshop. In addition to links to existing outstanding Internet resources, the CAUSEweb.org site also contains refereed activities and materials to aid in the teaching of statistics.

Participants in this workshop should be teaching or planning to teach introductory level undergraduate statistics courses in a two-year or four-year college or university, or the Advanced Placement high school statistics course.

In addition to meals during the day of the workshop, participants will receive a registration fee waiver for the United States Conference on Teaching Statistics (USCOTS), which will begin on the evening of Thursday, May 19 and run through Saturday, May 21, 2005.
