Greetings!
As part of a research study at Elon University, we are asking college instructors of
introductory statistics courses to complete an online survey. This study seeks to
understand the work that is being done by faculty who teach introductory statistics
courses to incorporate issues around diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) into their
curriculum.
As a thank you for your time, participants will be randomly chosen to receive a $50 Amazon
gift card. A random drawing will be held for every 100 participants who complete the
survey. The survey is expected to take 10-20 minutes to complete.
All responses to the survey will be anonymous and confidential so that results of the
study will not be linked back to you. You will have the option to indicate if you are also
interested in participating in an additional part of the study by opting into a follow-up
interview.
To participate, please click the following link. When you click on the link below you will
first be prompted to read the informed consent and then electronically provide consent
before participating in the survey.
